Steve Atamanchuk is a Certified Succession Planner™ with an extensive background in human resources and business transition planning. Steve serves as a human resources expert in the firm’s Family Business Succession practice, addressing clients who require cost savings, productivity increases, sales reorganizations, enhanced customer responsiveness, and improved communication throughout all levels of their company. Steve has worked with numerous for profit firms throughout his career, including Permasteelisa, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing Group, Colgate Palmolive, Inc., as well as academia and non-profits.

Steve has substantial experience with guiding companies through operating consolidations, organization design, culture integration, and change management. He offers results-oriented hands-on leadership with expertise in talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, benefits cost containment, coaching, and compensation analyses. Steve is also very experienced with multi-site operations, mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of cost-effective human resources initiatives that support corporate goals. Steve earned a B.S. in Industrial Relations with a minor in Accounting, and the Certification in Executive Coaching from New York University. He also earned the Labor Management and Contract Negotiations Certification from the University of Michigan.
